E-POP is a program that runs in the top left corner for stores to open when displaying a model on their show floor and is technically and advertising utility for Samsung. It displays a logo license appear in the upper left corner of the screen and can and be turned off through the 'tools' menu. It is typically pre-installed with various Samsung laptop models and is not required and can be removed.
